Our customer's satisfaction is always guaranteed. Although we have been exclusively on the web since 1994, we have been designing and selling our pillows since 1976. Thank you again for your interest.  Frequently Asked Questions Our Product Product Care Ordering Shipping Payment Refund Our Product: We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pillows. Our pillows are individually hand crafted. We use several methods of personalization, hand painting, monogram embroidery, heat transfer combined with painting. The description next to each pillow will tell what type is used for that particular pillow. We use non toxic fabric / textile paints that are washable and quality embroidery threads. The pillow forms or filling is all 100% polyester fiberfil. Most of the fabric we use is a polyester and cotton blend. This makes them permanent press with little need for ironing. Some of our pillows may not be washable (ie: satin), please read descriptions next to the item you are interested in. We ask that you always keep in mind that these are decorative pillow and that children's pillows should not be put in cribs when children are in them. <Back to top Product Care: Most of our pillows are washable. Always use a gentle soap with cold or warm water. Washing machines: use delicate or permanent press setting. Then put in dryer at a permanent press setting. You may press lightly from the wrong side if needed. Usually when you put the form back in any wrinkles will come out. Hand wash: gently agitate or soak in a cold water detergent . Do Not Wring or scrub the pillow. Roll in a clean dry towel to take out excess water.. Then put in dryer at a permanent press setting. You may press lightly from the wrong side if needed. Click on the assigned button under the pillow description and price for the item you want.. You simply print the form, fill it out and mail it with your payment to The Little Pillow, Inc., 367 Windsor Hwy. Suite 405.If you do not have a printer email us at tlp@thelittlepillow.com specifying which form you need and will mail you one. You may order through PayPal with Visa or Master card. We will email you a confirmation of the personalized information. This is to insure all the information is correct. We ask that you check your personalized information, this will prevent any delays on getting your gift on time. We confirm orders and shipments by email, so please give us an email address we can use. All addresses and information is for our use only.
